Shots fired at the Federal Reserve by Buffett. He blamed the lack of good deals on the central bank acting too fast, and will have to wait for everything to go on sale a little while longer. He sold off all his airline stocks and his cash reserves increased. The fact he didn't buy anything during the recent dip suggests markets are going down lower than than dip itself. You asked an "or" question. MITT is a gamble play. It either eats shit and folds or gives you your money back like a lot of these mortgage firms will. I haven't done DD on it, that is up to you.
AAL is basically a slightly less risky version of that same play but over years instead of months. That is just way too little payoff for that kind of time frame when there are so many others. I honestly feel as if all airline plays are basically just inferior "big oil/gas" plays at this point. Algos are pushing airlines up, with a little help from retail. The big investors are keeping out of them for good reasons.

Sell MRO and buy longer-term calls if you still believe in them (or just go somewhere else otherwise). In my opinion, oil/gas isn't going up this year. Gas demand is low because big businesses which usually consume gas are closed and oil is oil. MRO seems like a bad play for now. I'd rather sell it and pick it up later for cheaper when the prospects are clearer. ET is good in that it is quite diversified and did well during the last recession. They are mostly in natty gas but do oil storage now as well. Divvy is also good especially for the price now. I myself got it too high and might be selling when we get a bump to get back in later.

Last big hold I have is DHT which in turn will profit from the oil glut.

Honestly, the economy deserves to die worldwide. Parasites are on top of the world while productive people are being oppressed at never-before-seen levels. It's high time that work conditions go back to what they were 100 years ago. Unlikely even with a full economic collapse, but you never know. Without a collapse, it's guaranteed to stay the same. No, this is called a straddle. One of the legs is going to go far OTM as the other becomes far ITM, so you can close the OTM leg for free, locking in the profit from the ITM leg only. Doing so will cause the housing markets to crash, and I'm looking to buy a house here in the next year or so. So please continue being a NEET who doesn't contribute back to society, as it will make my future home buying options more readily available. I'm going to have fun buying your house and kicking you out of it. Then prosecuting you for all the damage you do when moving out. God being successful is great.

This. I think it will be a good year for them. Attractive stable divies. There is going to be an inevitable oil glut as nation states are going to muscle for market share post corona. Geopolitics is also favorable for tankers as conflict in the middle east will likely result in the strait of hormuz closing also increasing rates. Lastly the dynamics of paper trading of futures makes it so oil traders can snap up very cheap physical oil when large funds like USO need to roll contracts. Oil tankers are a bet that corona will be protracted and potentially cause political instability
