That's nothing new actually. In a lot of industries people use standardised forms of contracts where the only things that change are names of companies/people, products and monetary amounts.
But it is very good that chainlink is doing this, it would actually make no sense that they don't cover standardised contracts/clauses.

The "smart clauses" that are being dragged and dropped are clauses that automatically trigger things like payments based on the conditions of the clause.
This isn't just a matter of changing words.
