Yes your right, internationally there is no USD, that's why it's so concerning to see RMB denominated oil being priced at ~$30, it means no one has any dollars to buy our oil. The extrapolation of this is foreign corporate defaults with USD denominated debts, which has a cascade effect of collapsing our own economy as our domestic firms which own the foreign debts also default, a very scary reality considering our consumer based economy.
