Was browsing the internet randomly when I stumbled upon some guys talking about how Section 8 real estate investing is secure and much more consistent than anything given that the government is the one paying most of your rental income. Did not know you could even do this, anyone know about this and can give me some insight on how it works or some starter documents?

I know little about the investment side, but have lived near section 8 neighborhoods in college (Baton Rouge). I’d think whatever gains you make would be offset by the absurd amounts of damage niggers do to property. Think of Section 8 housing for niggers like cages for animals, except the animals don’t do near as much damage.

As a landlord the goal is to avoid niggers and single moms anon. You don’t want to be anywhere near these people. A simple credit check or criminal background will give you a reason to deny them.

if you can get a property for dirt cheap or even free (it exists) then the risk reward is fine but you will want to hire a property manager to deal with the niggers and other scum that will be your tenants

And it’s not just the renters. You have to understand that niggers and spics are communal. They don’t mind living 10 to a room. They share EVERYTHING. That all sounds nice in theory until you’re renting to Jamal and Keisha, you drive by one day and see six cars on the lawn

Eviction takes like 2 months at the best, gotta go through official channels and deal with the sheriff and all that shit. And when you finally get the free loading niggers gone you go into the house to find

> garbage bags piled in a room because they didn’t pay the garbage bill
> carpets ruined
> actual bulletholes in the walls
> yard overgrown

Just don’t do it anon. Sounds nice in theory but fucking SUCKS in reality
