Because it turns out the whole cryptosphere was just full of retarded "devs" who got in early. Meanwhile our guy Sergey was THINKING about the REAL value of blockchain which was smartcontracts. He went on to found the secure asset exchange and during that time he understood that smartcontracts need outside data and that outside data was centralised. Due to his experience at the VC where he had worked, he knew exactly how to tackle this problem. Probably thanks to his connections as well he got a guy like Sandro Salsano to seed invest SmartContract who probably got Sergey connected to the likes of Swift. Meanwhile in the "cryptosphere" we have literal pedos dancing around in furry costumes arguing about some block times and tps and how to get adoption for cryptocurrencies. It's only recently that devs have been educated about the Oracle problem and wannabe competitors like Tellor, Band, Mobius and other shitcoins have appeared.

You should learn to code. The only thing Sergey did is lie to investors and say he would make decentralized oracles, knowing full well he doesn't have the tech to do it (impossible tech that doesn't exist as of today).

That's already proven. It's been 4 years and they haven't started working on sybil resistance (the reputation/collateral fake shit they talk about in the original white paper). They haven't released a technical white paper how they're gonna implement this impossible idea.

Then he just started lying about partnerships over and over and pumped his centralized oracles to $4bil marketcap.

Remember the first time it pumped above $4? It was because of the Google and Oracle partnerships, both which have been confirmed fake today. Chainlink literally only pumped cause of confirmed fake partnerships.
