Run a Bitcoin full node, enforce the protocol rules such that only 21,000,000 Bitcoin is created. In 20 days Bitcoin's issuance rate is a little less than gold, and every day going forward it becomes more scarce than gold. Ultimately, Bitcoin will make gold appear hyperinflationary, the same way gold makes silver seem not scarce.

This is not "gold" in any way, shape or form. Bitcoin is just bitcoin. Why are you even describing it as "digital gold" in the first place? You probably do understand that gold is the actual money, but have deluded yourself into thinking bitcoin is digital counterpart to gold, which is obviously is not.

For me gold doesn't represent anything shiny. It's just an idea of something rare that is used by humans as a token of value. Digital gold is also a cool concept, and I like how enforced it can be
