Nuclear waste doesn't have this problem because it's typically trapped in storage rather than slowly, insidiously polluting everyone for miles of a nuclear power plant.

Also, global warming is a fact according to 99+% of climate scientists, so your cherrypicked data is worthless. People who know far more than you and have access to far more and far better data have infinitely more validity than random climate change deniers on the internet.

Nuclear is simply uneconomical to open. There is a ton of red tape because the public is terrified of safety and every every nuclear project has gone way over budget. then the site may have to have it's waste coffins disposed of years after the plant shuts down so now you have the prospect of loosing money on something that has stopped operating.
