Im a huge fucking boomer. But noticed something with chainlink id like explained. Maybe a link marine can help.

So doing research I noticed most of link is tied up. Its tied up by chainlinks dev team. But, who is calling the shots. Who is this person moving link to binance. I noticed a trend of weekly deposits to binance of 700k link at a time. Almost weekly. Whos handling this? I know for sure its not sergey.
