I haven't got around to try that many options, but Interactive Brokers seems decent. The interface is harsh, but it seems less fucky than etoro, at least. Also, you can exchange the money for the currency at the actual current rate, not the broker's arbitrary rate.

Fees are high though. Unless you put in over 100k usd, you'll be paying 10 dollars a month, so it's probably not so wise to use for holding if you have less than that.
