The next issue is oil is in contango and every time the ETF switches futures contracts to the next month it naturally loses about 10% since this is how much the next contract is priced differently than the current contract.

Fuck, I figured out a way to transfer stocks to my TFSA from my Personal Account, but it's so fucking stupid that you have to do it this way

For reference, you can't transfer funds OR stocks between WealthSimple accounts. It's absolutely retarded. Would not recommend unless you absolutely must.

You should be aware of the reason why oil price slipped today and during futures this evening, and it's not about the supply glut specifically. Saudi fucking Arabia betrayed the spirit of their own pet OPEC deal within 24 hours of making it official. They decided to sell oil to China at a discount, sell at same price to EU, and INCREASE price to the US. This is pretty much spitting in the face of the west immediately after shaking hands in peace offering.

Trump now has a decision to make. Step one is whether or not to tariff Saudi oil to the tune of at least 25%. I think for oil to briefly touch the high $20 range again this month there needs to be high likelihood of that and rumor of more to come. If Trump does nothing, oil will plow on down in to the teens in less than two weeks.

You truly have no idea, it is an utter fucking miracle that I am only down that much when I am 75% short/reverse leveraged ETFs (all of them, not just SQQQ) and only 25% long. In terms of all I can handle by maintenance. The long being literally all RTX atm, but did ride oil up too and sold right after deal because still bear. Up until that point I doubled my money nonstop bearing, this isn't over yet. I need more money and a new low so I can get my cheapies. But I am maxed now, I will have to close positions if market goes up tomorrow. This final day was the last time I can double down, there is no more after this. It is either make it or break it heading into tomorrow, I have no more powder to spare and it all comes down to this. I will send you the script after this movie airs in the AMC theaters I am also shorting.
