This is total bullshit. I got a STATE refund instead of a FEDERAL refund in both 2018 and 2019, therefore the IRS doesn't know my direct deposit info.
There is no "online portal" to give the IRS your direct deposit info.
Supposedly I get a paper check in the mail eventually... well I'm moving this month.
