If you're smart, you buy Norwegian stocks (the airline company). First they got hit by the boeing fuck up, and now corona. Their stock only costs 0.84 dollars now. Two years ago it was 38 dollars. It's partly owned by the Norwegian state, so they won't let it fail. It's probably one of the greatest opportunities in the stock market right now.

You can never time anything 100%. Buying now is a great opportunity. It's a medium term hold. Ie. 3-5 years. Could make you 30-50x times the money back.

People will start to fly again once this shitshow is over, and boeing will fix their shit soon, or else Norwegian will simply buy new planes. Remmeber, they're backed by the oil rich Norwegian state. At this time next year, it's most likely +10 dollars per Norwegian stock.

Norwegian has already taken the big hit, along with most, if not all airline companies. They're in one of the most vulnerable businesses regarding corona. Their entire fleet has essentially already been grounded, so it's really limited how much worse it can get for them. The rest of the stock market will take a hit later on. Not saying that Norwegian can't go down further, but again, nothing is 100% bulletproof, including your timing.

Sounds more like you don't have the nerves to invest in stocks. If that's the case, take the safebet - gold.
