daily reminder XRP is an useless P&D token which company alredy issued stock shares which are the main representation of such company, the token is merely P&D representative, its use has absolutely nothing to do with "the XRP token that are in the marketplaces".

Be smart, make your research, look into XRP and see how this company works, and which is the relation between the marketplace XRP token and the actual token they are using for their services.

Also look into THEIR STOCKS, look at the XRP company and research about them in company terms.

Don't buy XRP, buy something you can actually buy, and if you are interested any way in XRP go to an stock marketplace and buy their stocks, not their P&D crypto token.

Why do people keep saying this? Selling XRP is Ripples main source of Revenue. If they have a stock, that means they will not have to sell XRP anymore since they can just sell stock. Not to mention, if they are releasing stock, they probably have other sources of rev besides XRP

Most of the market was made up of private "investors" back then. Most people buying crypto had no clue what they were doing. They just bought because of FOMO or some tiny news story. Pure speculation.
Nowadays, there's a lot more smart money in crypto (seasoned private investors, algos, institutional investors etc.) = less random pumps.
