I am really looking into the ways of self sustainable living. None of the big city inflated property costs, debts, cars, luxury and fake dreams. I really want to reach a level where I continuously work on a passive income that can cover about 30% of my necessary expenses to decrease my need for a job to a minimum
Current situation - I pay 80 EUR in rent, it adds up to ~250-(max 300) eur a month if you count the big yearly one time expenses.
So with 1 single wage I cover about 3 months.

>During a Palm Sunday mass held in a deserted church, Pope Francis has told young people on Sunday not to be afraid to put their lives on the line for others during the coronavirus pandemic.
>Normally celebrated outdoors in front of thousands of tourists, the Pope instead spoke in the presence only of a small handful of priests and nuns and a reduced choir, who all maintained a safe distance from one another.
>"Look at the real heroes who come to light in these days: they are not famous, rich and successful people; rather they are those who are giving themselves in order to serve others," he said.

Lfmao, this explains why the market is so irrational. 66% of investors are actually so retarded that they think
1. Pre-crisis levels were "normal" and not hugely inflated due to a long bull run.

PELOSI TELLS HOUSE MEMBERS IN LETTER 'WE MUST DOUBLE DOWN ON THE DOWN-PAYMENT' BY INTRODUCING CARES 2 STIMULUS PLAN
Pelosi announced the formation of a bipartisan House select committee on the coronavirus crisis this week. In his coronavirus briefing on Thursday, President Donald Trump decried the panel, saying, "I want to remind everyone here in our nation's capital, especially in Congress, that this is not the time for politics, endless partisan investigations."

But in the letter to House members on Saturday, Pelosi said it had been formed because Americans expect Congress to ensure the money from the $2 trillion stimulus package is "spent wisely and effectively."

Pelosi added that the acceleration of the pandemic means "we must double down on the down-payment we made in the CARES Act by passing a CARES 2 package."

that said? yeah, DCA'ing into a good index fund of some sort is usually a good idea. the 2 ways you make money in the stock market are by either taking a lot of high probability setups with a preset risk and scale out amount based on the ATR, or you put your money in little by little over time with DCA and are willing to wait literally years, a.k.a. you have a reaaaaally long time horizon.

Ah. Sad to see a funny man die from covid then, I guess. Oh well, everyone has to go sometime, right? I don't think comedy shows have any effect on the stock market though, like robin williams dying.

It is the norm but I can't ever seem to get over it.

90% of human beings are utterly incapable of understanding what's going on around them while their gross arrogance blinds them from seeing the truth. Talk sense to a fool and they'll call you a fool. The truth is obviously that we're just dumb animals and we're not made to be smart but rather some of us are forced to by our environment.

...but yeah, I can't get over it, I think it's trauma from childhood (I should be dead).

stocks were the most overvalued they've ever been. just because they dropped suddenly doesn't mean they are currently "cheapies". But again with stagflation looming its unclear how reliable this index is. But as a cautionary tale for the future: Nikkei never came back.

it was a rhetorical question but yeah. play stupid games, win stupid prizes. this covid shit is gonna wake the world up, im excited. our whole world has been asleep for decades, it's really not surprising that these world leaders continue to try to play politics.

i have nothing against boris personally but it would be useful if he died from it, just to make it real to the rest of the world leaders that they aren't immune, that they could easily be next.
