Masterfully done. Whatever they slip under the glass to turn it upright will be covered in ketchup.

They can just wipe the ketchup up first, but it is still a royal pain in the ass. Until crypto transfers are near free and instant, and without a central third party like lightning network (a chain is only as strong as its weakest link), it is forever going to be a pain in the ass. Crypto needs to do one thing and do it well, and quite frankly it isn't.

but dude it's the future of money

>> No.18290588

Crypto will never take off as long as it needs to be exchanged for traditional currency to spend. BTC is not fast enough to use a day to day currency, and lightning network is centralized and prone to lost funds, as well as liquidity issues. Until we can easily exchange value as fast as a visa transaction it will forever remain a store of value, at best. The cryptocurrency as a currency problem has not yet been solved.

If it can be solved however, we can likely expect value from BTC to be siphoned off. Potentially alarmingly fast. This will be the true flippening.

imagine larping this badly while being poor. the wire transfer would get flagged and stopped immediately by your bank, then when cleared it will be at least a 50 dollar fee, take 2-3 days, and then it may get flagged on their end, + taxes.

Wire transfer wouldn't require excess tax forms and volatility, having to sell and then exchange/withdraw. fucking maxi

Do you hear yourself? A $50 fee on a $500million dollar transfer. That's your version of a selling point.
