They are going to need to make the decision sooner rather than later, housing and other student infrastructure models are needed to decide who to keep etc. I would think they will be conservative as they don't want dirty ass dorms being breeding grounds for another wave.

Tough to say what percent chance but definitely realistic chance fall classes will be online without serious containment of the virus.

I think savvy presidents of state systems will see the money in online systems and go that way.

Some schools will be up their own ass on how great their brick and mortar is and will fail most likely.
