if you want a current toy that will be worth a lot in a few months buy the new lego set. first of all lego is already expensive and loved. this set is based on a nostalgia set that they don't sell anymore. the pirate sets are absolutely loved and the ship sets are insanely collectable this combines it all.

this, Pokemon cards are sadly not worth much. Entire collection of neogeo 1st edition jap cards only sells for like $100. The only card worth anything is the charizard (only very specific first edition variant) and the weird promo cards like the pikachu ones and some weird shit that's hard to find. Sad because I still have my collection, and it's not worth much as of right now.
