This makes no sense. If he really wanted to dump it all, he would just sell everything, now. My guess is he is lowering his position on delta, so he can raise his position on something else. But he isn't dumping the stock completely. He was talking the other day about the 10% threshold, and how it creates certain legal problems in regards to other stocks.
