If they get this magical deal $20-$25 is the bottom(there would still be a demand shortage due to demand destruction) depending on the size of the cuts.
But looking through the numbers being proposed here I don't see the how 1) they can get Cartel to agree to these numbers.

The issue with Berkshire saving them is Buffet doesn't want to run an oil company. Also it was the Anardarko acquisition(they paid way to much for it) that got them in this mess of debt. Buffet gave them a loan in exchange for some preferred stock in equity. Long story short they now have in addition to their absurd increase in debt $800 million in Buffet payments a year. Which is crazy. He only owns 10% of the company which has an ~80B market cap at $80(which they were below at crisis start[they were about $40]).
They paid $2.624 billion in dividends last year and they just cut common dividends by 87%. Buffet now makes more off them in dividends then all other shareholders combined and again he only has 10%.
