lets say i might have a online side income soon (patreon) roughly 6k a month and i dont want the gov to steal my shit with taxing, what would be the best way to hide this money? Just opening an offshore bank account? (If so what country?) and transfer it there ? I'm complete inexperienced with financing and stuff. plz help.

You'd have to go full fake ID. Everything from Patreon goes through the IRS, and if you base it outside of the US and don't file the IRS forms they hold most of it as tax.
