Cutting out all professed foods and carbs essentially carnivore diet and now I only need 5 hours of sleep and wake up refreshed. Where as before I would need sometimes 12 hours and wake up depressed and shitty. Carnivore also cured my depression and made my penis back to it's normal size as a teen. All the new blood pumping and increased test. Few other things fixed as well. Only issue is it's almost too much energy. Too much life force and mind thoughts to be wasted on wage cucking alone.

I'm envious; I need to average 7 hours. I hate sleeping because it's such a waste of time. Imagine how much more we could do if we didn't need to sleep.
