How did my life come to this? I'm 31 and still don't have any marketable skills except being an office drone. It's too late to get skills because I'd still have to start at the bottom and make less while being with young people who mog me.

This. By not socializing enough with coworkers, she means not joining her cult of personality and showering her with endless praise as the brown-nosers do. The typical female in power demands this of her male underlings. I've worked under some that didn't though, they were strong or stoic females, far from the norm.

Also I've seen enough reviews to know they are garbage. They find some bullcrap reason to just not give you a raise.
One of my first jobs as a welder I legit worked my tail off. I would literally run around doing stuff sometimes. I was burning so much energy I would go home and eat almost 50-60 pizza rolls every other night. Was still skinny.
First time I got a review and my supervisor basically just said there's room for improvement, this and that. I was one of the top welders from my school and busted my butt. Just got out of a fabrication position too. I don't buy it.

Kek I did this once, but only because I really loved the culture there and felt appreciated. But I guess there's people who think they can or are supposed to get ahead by feigning good will and camaraderie. But fuck I miss that place. A great workplace is a precious thing, not to sound too much like a wagecuck.
