I took everything out of the market so I'll just go with the flow whenever the trend becomes clear, but I'm pretty certain that this fake pump will get absolutely fucked after the house passes the bill and coronavirus goes through the roof. All the people aggressively calling it a nothing burger seem very emotionally invested in their financial decisions and I just can't them seriously. Yesterday I was actually one of the minority of people who said that today would be a pump but still anticipated a dump in the future.

>My guess is somewhere between 100-200k. If it gets outside of that range the market will react again.

Rent is a big expense. If the company doesn't have to pay rents anymore, just think of how much money they'll save. If they can get away with it now, who's to say they can't continue to not pay rent in perpetuity? Earnings are going to be through the roof.

If you think we're back on track for an evergreen market then I just don't know what to tell you anymore. All the hype that we're almost in the clear can't be more obviously manufactured as it's all coming from one source with very, very obvious goals that are NOT in touch with what's really happening on the ground. Eventually, it will.
It is not possible for the government to QE into infinity forever with no repercussions what so ever. The bigger the bubble the harder it falls; The fed was literally dumping money into the economy trying to yank on the E-break as hard as they possibly could for the last month and a half Inflationary rates must be astronomical right now.

I wonder how bad the next one is going to be....assuming we are out of the woods here, anyways. If we find ourselves at a point in history where government bailouts and Quantitative easing no longer do anything to mitigate the effects of a crisis then we will truly see the return of a bear market.

^This is what happened. Basically, the fed inflated the stock market into being fairly valued. Hopefully most of the inflation stays within the financial/stock market sector, although inevitably it will leak into everything else as/when people sell their inflated stocks to pay for real things. Based on this inflation via unlimited QE, I think the buffet-indicator is basically wrong now, or needs to take "real time inflation" into account. Pandemic was almost a nothing burger. Definitely not worth shutting the economy down. So now the market is pricing it in that the economy will be started back up again and we'll be back to where we were. ALTHOUGH IDK what to think about that we were actually getting lots of signs we were headed into a recession. So now do we have a recession? --or will it just be 1 quarter of neg growth, and then positive again due to the Fed's [irresponsible] actions?
