bitcoin is moving similar to the stock market, the strength of the movement may be different, but a lot of the intraday up and downs follow the stock market, as well the larger trends.

I don't see this changing anytime soon.. and therefor i don't think it is meaningful to make price predictions in the short term on the bitcoin chart, it would make more sense to do TA on S&P and then use it to predict future bitcoin movement.
I may be wrong, Bitcoin did temporarily decouple (moved sideways, while stock market went down) a couple of days in the last week.

>> No.18085673

ive been trying to be a bobo lately, but i think bull meme magic is too strong and normie markets will dead cat for another few days to a week before continuing the plunge.

every time we turn 5800 into support (you can see we did on the final 3D candle), we go to 8200. it also lines up with the candle close .618 fib which is a pretty basic retracement target. the high we made at around 10.5k was exactly the .618, as drawn from the 14k top down to the 6.4k bottom, before pumping again.

im too scared to short until 8k basically. that said, it likely will dump several thousand dollars after this pump concludes.

the TA is bearish looking intraday, but you have to remember we just dropped 60% worth in price in only 1 month. even a meager 50% retrace means we will make it well into the 7000+ range before reversing again. that kind of almost automatic mean reversion tends to override lower timeframe setups

bitcoin loves to do deep retraces and everyone always gets bearish at the bottom of these retraces or bullish at the top of them. i guarantee you if we see 7 or 8k on this retard pump, every permabull mouthbreather will be calling for ATH EOY again. and that is when the rug will be pulled out.

everyone who has ACTUAL capital worth managing, including all the algos. I know there's degenerates who get routinely liquidated but still, I realize I dont have a point.

I wouldn't long at 2k though, I'd be spot-buying. Alot. I realize it can go as low as $950 but I think anyone with cash on the side would be pretty stupid to not buy in rather heavy 2.5k because they're waiting for 1k. I realize that many bears are going to sit on their hands because they'll be too scared though, giving themselves the excuse of waiting for lower. I watched people sit out on the low 3ks, and I'll watch them sit out on the next low. If 3.8k was the last local bottom, well, I saw the same people sit that out too. Who cares if it goes down again if you're longing and taking profit each time?

2.5k is my level for spot buying. I'll invest significantly. If it goes to 1k I'll kick myself in the ass some but I'll be satisfied with a position I'm planning to hold for 10 years if needed.
