I know someone who works at a prison, which has had several staff members who have returned from overseas and brought it into the prison. And as we know once it's detected, it's too late, thanks to the long incubation period. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case for many other prisons worldwide right now, including ones containing people such as Weinstein.

Isolation upon returning from overseas and widespread testing should have been done weeks ago.
