You really have no idea. We’re running low on almost everything. The vendors are struggling to keep up for the point where they cut all their side product lines for the time being, like with breads their only doing the regular white and wheat and nothing else. Our frozen sections back stock is completely empty save a few random boxes. The meat supply is empty and can only result every few days and it’s usually empty again within the same day. The produce is empty unless they get a load in and even then they’re filling entire walls with baby carrots or lettuce heads because they have nothing else. Toilet paper is to the point where we announce when it arrives and people come running to grab it off a skid and they have to keep asset protection around to prevent fights, same with hand sanitizer. Keep in mind this is all while we’re ramping up almost 10x in cases each week. It’s going to get much much worse. Once people who work at suppliers start getting sick I can’t imagine what will happen.

If they order too much and it expires or just sits on shelves then that's wasted money, if they order too little then they are missing out on additional profit until the next shipment comes in.
