Big question mark. OPEC is only part of the story. The oil price started because non-OPEC Russia broke alliance with OPEC Saudi Arabia. OPEC wanted to cut and agreed internally to do so. Then Russia said nyet. Then Saudis retaliated by dropping the price as hard as possible. Russia is unlikely to agree to anything just yet. OPEC can cut if they want but Russia and Iraq are going to continue to crank out barrels and put them in storage for future.

This is very possible. Hell medical stuff is already in short supply and we're only 2 months into this. The only upshot is that if the china results are true, after the 3rd month, the cases should start to fall and decline. But that assumes a number of things. The results accuracy, we do what they did to contain the virus. But we are behind. So I'd guess may will be the month before shit starts to decline. Self driving vehicles have major problems in cities because of all the obstacles, pedestrians, other cars, lights, etc. There is none of that in most of the great plains. A self driving truck doesn't need to pay a driver, have AC, give insurance benefits, never eats, never sleeps, etc. Plus, unlike self driving passenger vehicles it can "suicide" in potential collisions with passenger vehicles since the cargo will be insured.
