17967696 No.17967696 [Reply] [Original]

I quit my job, because i found another one, which pays better. I signed the agreement. After a few days they said it wasnt signed properly or something vague. They closed their offices due to the corona outbreak and let me go. I have a fight with my landlord so i cant stay where im living anymore. Also my bitcoin long got liquidated i went allin after bitcoin dipped 30 percent and preceded to dump another 30 percent. My life is over. What can i do anons in this dire situation?

Before you do anything, try your best to find your center and relax a bit. It seems tough now but there's nothing you can't bounce back from. Take a deep breathe and relax for a few. it'll help you think clearly.

theres nothing greedy about accepting a better opportunity.

OP. pretty soon a significant chunk of Americans will be in your shoes. They will set up FEMA camps for people like you. You might die of the corona, but at least you'll have a place to sleep

serves you right. the best strategy these days is to find a good company and stick with it. a 20k raise isn't worth the risk of the new company being shit and falling apart in a year.

they probably said it wasnt signed properly because they knew they were closing and saw an opportunity to get rid of at least one guy with no costs

Absolutely based. OP, try to remember the upsides to your situation:
1) If you were job hopping, you're likely valuable enough to secure another job, and after the Corona madness ends, it'll be the perfect time to do so.
2) Your landlord can't do jack, just stop paying them and see how long it takes to be formally evicted, in this crisis I imagine it'll be two months minimum
3) If you had bitcoin to begin with, you probably made some bank anyway, if not you learned valuable trading knowledge

Sorry to hear that frendo. Really unfortunate timing.

Do you have any money banked? Can you afford food?

Sign up for nextdoor DOT com and inquire over local work. Cash out your crypto when this pump ends.

Good luck!

Thanks frens, i live in cuck europe. Its not like i can gain anything from suing them its just futile here. Also my landlord lives in the same house as me, which makes the situation a lot more complex

OP look at the bright side:
Europe governments avoided looking racist by leaving the borders open with china.
