AMD uses Taiwanese fabs, TSMC. I'll give you that resistors/caps and etc... are all produced in CN, but I suspect that MFGs had a sizable stockpile. Additionally there exist mfgs elsewhere to satisfy demands as well as wholesellers so AMD shouldn't've been impacted at all directly due to CN. Likewise INTC.
