Googling "SQQQ Prospectus" and clicking the first link tells you everything you need to know... don't invest in shit you don't understand. If you hold SQQQ overnight you're susceptible to whatever the market does the next morning... Doesn't it seem strange that the market has been crashing yet SQQQ has held it's value at 20-30 per share? If you're trying to do long term shorts then you should be trading options.
