I live in MA so basically money doesnt matter between 10k and 90k. Once you get to 100k you can buy a duplex and still have emergency funds though, but you probably need 120k

Any stock that's still low. The market has already adjusted for any implications of the Coronavirus, its even additionally low to account for this possibly dragging on another 2 or 3 months. CAT, MMM, oil, etc. are already correcting upwards, WMT and others never even went down for more than a few hours. As soon as any good news hits it'll already be too late to get a slice of pie. Anything tourism or entertainment related might still have some deals. I would buy a plane ticket to Finland, a Finnish dictionary, and buy a motorcycle and snowmobile. For there I would hunker down in my uncle's cabin without worrying about all rioting going on in the US.
