Local bank is selling 1troyoz gold coins .999 at $1550.
Should I do it or what?
They are backed by Argor-Heraerus.

For other more well known coins lie Krugerrands and Maples, they charge around $1750 whis kind of makes me nervous as to why their coins are much cheaper.

They have Silver Eagles at $35 and Silver Pandas at $54.
At those prices I bet they have a bunch because nobody will buy what seems to be dropping to $9 per oz.

The increase in price is the premium due to its reputation.
It WILL keep a small premium when you go to sell it versus other pieces, which will be bought at spot price.
Heraeus is quite well known, but will usually be bought/sold closer to spot.
I would recommend buying it, as gold will definitely be going back up.

There are some dealers who I believe still have, but for $1550 I dont think they can beat it.
Still its not some special gold coin, it ahs the bank logo stamped as well as the minters logo, and comes in a case with an authenticity certificate.

Right now silver is really cheap.
It's cause it's being manipulated.
You buy it, and when it will go up (supply chain issue) you sell a bit from that silver stack and buy gold when the gold/silver ratio goes down.
