This entire announcement was a fucking desperate attempt at recovering the market. Donny was literally shilling fucking companies like they are PnD shit tokens on /biz/. You don't get a ~10% pump just because Mr. Walmart says they are opening up their fucking parking lots. You don't get a ~10% pump when the president of the United States announces that ADDITIONAL COUNTRIES (UK, possibly others) are more than likely going to be added to a travel ban.
