I can’t stand watching tv even while sober. Last time I did shrooms I walked down into the forest in the middle of the night in pure darkness and somehow navigated my way like a mile down the creek where I crouched down into a fetal position and listened to the most amazing orchestra of crickets for 3 hours straight. I've found the best dose is between 30-40ug, which is basically quarter of a 150 tab or half a 100 tab, depending on how well it's been layed & the crystal etc. anything less & I don't feel it enough - I want to feel it, not have a microdose; anything much more & it is too heavy and interferes too much with my normal life. plus tolerance.
as to what it's become since then, I can't tell exactly because I'm so used to it now. an addiction? may be. it can fuck with your emotions something bad, but it's the true mirror: if you are not comfortable with yourself, you'll find out.
