When shorting, why does it make you have the stop lower then the limit price you set?

Doesnt make sense. Stop should be higher than the limit price you set since you are losing money when it goes upwards, not downwards.

Im trying to short so why is it telling me to put stop LOSER than the "selling price" aka the limit price?

Example: Lets say I Want to short starting from let's say 120 usdt to 100 usdt.
Say I have Limit price at 120 and stop at 130. I get this message
