I worked for about $9 an hour when I was first getting into crypto and saw it dwindle to the point where it was as if my wages were $2/hr in the past. So I know the feeling, and it's a bad one. You have to work on not doing impulsive things because of the emotions of fear or anger by controlling those emotions simply by being aware of them and telling yourself that if you keep doing your best things can only improve for you, then actually doing your best. Likewise, you should try not to do things or get too emotional when you make a lot of money quickly, because it's a double sided coin and if you can't do one you can't do the other, they're part of the same thing ultimately. What you should do, once you calm down, depends on your situation. If you don't have much to lose you would be like I was, living at home, low tier job, not living up to potential. In this case keep spending time on crypto, sell shitcoins that are going to die but don't be so quick to dump things with long term potential just because of panic. If you have kids or something, or a lot of responsibilities this could be different and in that case maybe take a step back and question if you invested more than you could afford to lose. If you are in a dead end job and can live at home you are simultaneously extremely powerful and without anything to lose.
