Every day, fired Skycoin community manager Sudo posts a Skycoin brapper thread on /biz/.

His aim is to make everyone add Skycoin to their filters, and for the /biz/ mods to ban Skycoin.

Sudo and the three remaining active members of his old "shill team" also samefag in the thread with more Skycoin fud.

This is all a waste of time, because his threads all get 404d or locked within an hour, and nobody on /biz/ cares about Skycoin, and all the fud is already debunked at SkyFUD.com.

Shilling anything on /biz/ right now is a waste of time because everyone here is rekt and nobody is buying a significant volume of new coins. This situation won't change until the new bull run when we get new blood with new money to spend.

Tokens are crypto assets that exist on somebody elses blockchain - ERC20 tokens and NEP5 tokens on Ethereum/NEO for example.

Skycoin is a coin because it has its own blockchain. The blockchain resides on thousands of nodes. Every desktop wallet (PC, Mac, Linux) is a Skycoin node with a full copy of the blockchain. But not the mobile wallets (iOS/Android) as those are thin clients.

Lots of crypto projects sync to a masternode. IOTA for example, and it has a market cap of close to a billion dollars.

Masternode-based crypto projects are pretty common. The blockchain is still stored on a distributed network of nodes, creating a distributed consensus. However block writing remains centralized. The plan is for block-writing to also become decentralized in the future with the release of Obelisk.

In any case, Skywire and CX work fine with the masternode system, and can do so indefinitely. Obelisk will have little impact to those parts of the ecosystem.

Bitcoin is not fully decentralized either. 80% of BTC hashpower is under Chinese government jurisdiction, meaning Bitcoin could be 51% attacked by the Chinese government at any time, if it had sufficient motivation.

There is no fully decentralized crypto yet. Every project makes compromises somewhere.
