Okay so what exactly is the purpose of all these econimical stimulus packages right now?
I mean I can see purpose in this once the Coronavirus is dead, but as long as its rolling productivity is down 80% it doesnt matter how much money we pump into the economy because people are literally not producing many goods/services.

I also have 5 USO calls for 01/2021 @9 but I'll have to save up money to exercise them sometime in the near future. I'm obviously not going to sell them because they are uncovered.

What do I do now? How fucked am I? Also, since I bought the options contract not wrote it, does that mean if I sell it to somebody, then they sell it to somebody, that I am no longer liable should it be executed?

>The gold options market saw $1.75 million in block trades betting the precious metal could almost triple in more than a year, surpassing the record.
>Around noon in New York Wednesday, 5,000 lots of a gold option giving the holder the right to buy the precious metal at $4,000 an ounce in June 2021 changed hands. The bets were sold at $3.50 an ounce.
>“It’s like 18-month term life insurance; what will the world look like if gold is at $4,000,” Tai Wong, the head of metals derivatives trading at BMO Capital Markets, said in an email. “They are hoping for a quick violent move,” he said, referring to the people who bought the call options.

I Bring to you the fortune for tomorrows market.

Sui - Following
Hexagram Dui (Lake) and Zhen (Thunder)

When one is humble and full of delight, surely people will come to follow. Thus, after Delight comes Following.
The ideograph of this gua is of a standard bearer for a king and the guards following him. The structure of the gua is Lake above, Thunder below. The attribute of Lake is joy and Thunder is movement. Thus moving forward with joy.

Following
Sublimely prosperous and smooth.
Favorable to be steadfast and upright
No Fault

While consulting the oracle the moving line is the Third Six.

Involved with great person,
Loses little fellow
Following, one gets what one seeks.
Favorable to abide in being steadfast and upright.

Alternate wording

Involved with great person
By the decision of his own will,
He abandons the one below

Don't you want to be saved by Him yet? This worlds gone to shit yet He is still there with His fat divvy. If you were around in Dec 2018 when the market took a big shat you could've bought Him at under $30 per share. If you ain't been paying attention not even this latest shat has caused Him to falter much at all compared to then. So if you bought Him in Dec 2018 you'd still be in the green and collecting a Fat Divvy and laughing your ass off instead. You'd be taking advantage of this shat and buying more of Him while the dip lasts. Don't make the same mistake twice! You missed the ride in Dec 2018, don't miss this one while it presents itself to you.

listen retard. You did not write the contract. You purchased it from someone who did. Institutions write options as a form of insurance for price movement up or down. They sell a spread like a bookie, and charge what the market will bear for them.

the options market is made up of people purchasing options in order to utilize them AND people (you in this case) speculating on the price movement of the stock the option was written on. From your perspective as a speculator this is no different than a volatile stock that has an expiration date. You have NO obligation in the contract, you just purchased rights, which you traded away. The option now has nothing to do with you since you sold it. It is now between the buyer who holds the rights, and the writer of the contract who has the obligation.

Reminder that market is massively oversold. Chinese factories are already ramping up and will be back to 100% capacity in 1-2 months. Flu virus has been proven to not be able to survive warm climates. This new flu will be completely eradicated by May as warm weather sweeps across the Northern Hemisphere. I picked up end of the year SPY 330 calls for ultra cheap and expect to make massive gains on these. Look at the facts and it's obvious that this flu is completely harmless. The vast majority of people recover in their own homes with no medical intervention. If you're falling for this panic then you're a moron.

its actually great, most people will have no money for the bottom, that's what makes it such a ripe opportunity. Everyone already blew their loads last week, and some are thinking this is the bottom but will merely baghold for the next few months.

The truth is you have to wait for the entirety of this show to play out [IE wait for NY/CA quarantine and get a sense for a Urban US fatality rate and productivity output differences] before you try and make any sense of a recovery.

Dont bother timing the bottom, the bottom will be when everyone is at their absolute limit, coughing their eyes out while watching the charts fall on their phones as fast as their heart rates in a quarantine tent.

still a long way down. The fed is going to sporadically try to pick it back up here and there, but it will continue falling. Buy on down days, sell on up days, just make sure you're not holding your bag for when new york gets locked down. That will be the bottom.
Once there are lockdowns trade will probably be halted. Corona will run its course and fears will dissipate over time. Once the market reopens there will be bailouts out the ass, the market will falter a bit then recover.

yeah i think 60% of my disposable income is officially going into KNG... people cut divies, well they're no longer in the fund we sell we readjust... it's actually ruthless but pretty strong... covered calls do lose upside on down days, but it's a great fund... meh allocate what ever you want to what ever... but damn i'm going to buy buy buy and when i'm broke.... i'll fucking make more money and tighten my belt... get back in there and make more and more money... I think I'm better than others because I have no debt, and I've followed laws. I've got relationships with people all over America from my home in Connecticut to the great lakes, to montana and Texas.. I haven't crossed the rocky mountains much, but I have friends and family out there too... I have nothing less than an appreciation for this whole country. Sea to shining sea and shit.

it's either that or go to local bars.. it'll be around the same price.. i travel quite a bit.. usually when i go to mexico i go for awhile sometimes like a month at a time.. but i haven't been in like a year so i figured why not... may aswell.. i mean what would you rather do with a couple hundred bucks?? spend a few days on cruise going to a different country or spend it at the local bars drinking and doing coke?? i mean fuck.. i've stopped going to vegas because for myself and another person it comes out to atleast over $1,000 with food, booze and room.. plus i've been to vegas like a hundred times so i'm kinda worn out on that anyway.. i mean what do you suggest to do for 3 days for $200 all together.. i mean food and money you'd spend in the other country...
