That 40% tumor reduction patient is still on 300mg, now at 47%, only 3% shy of remission. 400mg data not released in the document, they said that is coming later this month. 500mg and 400mg both passed the safety period so both are safe dosing, but for the true moon we might have to wait for the 500mg data... depends on how good 400mg data is later this month. I dunno if this will move the needle much, so you guys might still have time to get in before the 400mg data. It definitely shouldn't cause a dump.
