Many China men with money probably proceed from crime.

China men use this money to buy home in Vancouver, pay very big because to launder it's not problem. Too many buyer, not enough seller, price go up.

You don't have to be a citizen to buy property in the united provinces of cuckistan. So anyone with a ton of money to hide form the Chinese gov. can just dump it into the market and raise prices.

most of it is pretty obvious

Starts to get fucked up when you look at the local economy of areas owned by foreign chinese. Whole neighbourhoods with not enough people to support a local economy = too much sprawl that isn't being checked = areas that aren't appropriately priced to the value they create = way too expensive for the actual value ---> Vancouver isn't Toronto, it can't support that type of pricing.
