A few years back i was into a car accident. I wasn't texting, talking, or anything. I was driving and focused on the road. Out of nowhere, I huge dick came out of nowhere and smashed in my windshield. I was going about 70mph and it reallycaught me off gaurd and scared me. My natural reaction I ducked when I heard the huge hit, and swerved to the left and got another car. Now, I'm being sued for $25k. What can i do guys?Will I lose the case?

unfortunately if you hit any other car you are liable in almost every case.

if any other car hits you they are liable. It is just how things work. The only consideration is if you had zero control of the vehicle (airborn or moved by gravity/push) and it hit someone because someone hit you. Like if someone hit you from behind while you were not moving and forced your car to hit someone else. That would be a good case to argue.
