How does the Coinbase to Coinbase Pro instant transfer work?

Deposit funds instant into Coinbase, got that done. My balance is 501, 500 was deposited Thursday or Friday. 1 dollar was left over.

I go to Coinbase Pro and it shows my balance in Coinbase as 500 (not 501) and then when I go to transfer it says my balance is only 1 dollar.

What am I doing wrong?
