It hasn't set in for most people yet so likely it hasn't set in for wall st. They think it's bad and there will be a disruption but if we don't react like China eventually did we'll get the result that China got and we'll have to react like them anyway. Nobody can imagine major cities being locked down so they aren't prepared for the magnitude of the potential downside here.
