Brilliant strategy, I bet these guys will get rich. If they were US based they would all be in jail right now. Don’t even feel bad for anyone who gets scammed, this is the most obvious cash grab biz has seen in months.

Yep, chainlinks proxy chain design was meant for a world where many blockchains compete with each other, but since only Ethereum will make it the contracts there can "just use kleros". sorry linkies.

I have plenty of evidence this is a scam. Do you want me to absolutely destroy you? I might actually take the time to do so, give me a few hours I’m out now. I’ll make a post which people can copy/pasta to fuck you scammers with irrefutable facts. You guys are too smug, time to be punished.

Theoretically it still would be better for small disputes except that small disputes typically are not worth the time/money it takes to collect and serve evidence. Businesses build relationships with banks and payment processors who protect them for disputes which might actually be worth that time, but in this world a business could not build those relationships therefore a business will not be interested in this product. Maybe peer to peer disputes would be resolved this way, if two parties thought it would be worth their time to purposely lend each other money for pizza through the blockchain so that they could be “protected” if they weren’t paid back. That might be baked in to daily interactions in 10-20 years, but it’s still a very paltry amount of cash and I think most people would rather not gather evidence over their $10.

There are no valid use cases for this, but that’s really just the tip of the iceberg. I find with most blockchain projects they have pie in the sky ideas which sound good to a layman on paper but at the core show no knowledge of industry experience or understanding what problems exist or don’t. Then if that is happening it usually just takes looking at the team to understand why that is. An immature team with a lack of experience and an idea which doesn’t really make sense is very common in this space. You can usually follow the bread crumbs from there. It helps that I work for a VC firm and literally do this kind of research for a living but I think if most people did the bare minimum research they’d be able to sort out most of the trash. The problem is they don’t.

DEFI projects are worth a second look. FINNEXUS (FNX) is a great project Due to the fact that the FNX tokens can be converted to USDT after the sale even if the price drops by 10 times

but even if that were true, it doesn't matter.
There's always one person in these threads who has some experience vetting traditional companies/startups and ends up erroneously believing that the crypto world will match 1:1 with that experience.
I've read literally hundreds of comments like this over the years wrt BTC, ETH, Link, etc.
Never underestimate the intra-crypto-economy usecases, and never try to price crypto projects using traditional stock valuation methods.
