It doesn't have to be in ethereum. It can use any smart contract blockchain. Ethereum is just the best one at the moment. Maybe you'll event the next SC blockchain and Chainlink will use it. God speed Rajeesh.

It's not a scam, but it is overvalued like almost all of this shit is. Over a billion dollar marketcap without anything to show for it? You can't say the Chainlink network is a full go right now because it isn't, but why so much money is tied up in it? That's how this space works. Speculation and greed creates the roll of the dice and somewhere after the dice stops rolling, the real projects show their true colors while the scams die off. I want to know where all these investors are coming from. There's like almost 100,000 LINK holders. How can there be that many holding it without the network having full staking and thousands of clients using it?

Ethereum is the computer. Chainlink is the software.

Currently Software companies are more valuable than hardware companies. Why???? because it is the software that handles the computation.

So its looking like with offchain labs and chainlink integration that the scenario above is likely to take place in the near future. Like within a couple of months.

The oracle network can both compute smartcontracts and collateralize the contract with the LINK token (both data and computation). Ethereum is there only to write the answers onto its blockchain much like the hardrive of its computer.

within the next few years we will all see Chainlink surpass Ethereums marketcap. It will be the first of many within the next decade as other software running on Ethereum will be needed and more valuable in some way.

But why? There's also .16 being sent. Why is a wallet with only 6,000 LINK doing this? Trying to artificially inflate the amount of holders who own LINK to make it look like a lot of people care about it.

Chainlink is postmodern value. The memes aren't highlighting to the value of chainlink, the memes _are_ the value of chainlink. It doesn't matter if it does anything, it doesn't matter if it's a bullshit useless erc20 token, all that matters is the memes. They found a way to quantify meme magic, and when you buy chainlink, you're buying equity in the meme. You are literally longing memes. As someone who's been watching from the sidelines, it's honestly fucking amazing

But, but the oracle problem is being solved with Chainlink. It can't possibly be a scam if the price keeps going up. That means it is liked and invested in for a reason right?

Chainlink, the company as such, has set out to master a seemingly impossible task. Impossible because we don't know how to solve it. If they do, hats off. And I think they will. Why else are things the way they are?

It's literally just a meme pump and dump bro. Big promises and "partnerships" but nothing will ever happen and no one will ever use it. Notice how LINKies themselves know it's not going much higher than this or it already peaked. You are too late to buy it because it's not actually going to $1k, it's not going to $100 and it's probably not even going to go to $10. That's what the "priced out" meme means.
