I'm not sure how to feel, having been a NEET for the last two years.. I have no money and I live on the couch at home though, so it could be good to have some money, maybe..

It's a call centre type job where we sort and deal with applications from people who are looking for government loans to pay their bond/rent payments - mostly disabled and unemployed people I assume.

I start the week after next.

how it went for me:
>finally get a job
>lots of shit to do
>feel pumped
>4 months in
>'oh its that same case yet again'
>4-8months is
>realise what a cuckfest it is
>every day is a drag
>suddenly hate collegues for seeming happy as is
>change of plans
>/run superfrugal.exe
>2 years later
>/exit

I think I should have quit earlier. However, the first few weeks of a new gig you are looking forward to are really great in my experience

I did similar to this, quitted my last job because I hated it, thinking I could easily get another one. Month four with no job. Lost all my confidence in my abilities. All my plans for this year are going down the toilet.

The boomers were right when they told me to never quit a job without another at hand.

You know what friend, I really appreciate this post of yours, thank you for sharing and I do hope that I feel good going into this new position; I will also attempt to do what you did and save as much as possible while being frugal.

Again, thanks for this heartening post.

ye, well, not having the confidence and the social network of a fixed gig work environment isnt for everyone.
Im cool tho; least for now. Guess it comes down to friends, hobbies and the occassional side hustles you have to have in order to remain a proper social entity. And have money to live on ofc.

If I can make money on the side and save even more I definitely want to try.

As an aside to this, I think I also want to somehow accumulate 10K link so that I can call myself a true retarded /biz/iness man - hopefully the price dips so this goal isn't very difficult - I don't really want to be spending 20% of my first few months wages on stinky tokens, maybe I'll take it really slow and do it over a year.
