Me too, but crypto has blessed me with insane money making capabilities to the point that my net worth is now higher than anyone in my family.

I have no time for poors to judge me.

I quit a like 6 months ago. Just power through the first few sober nights and go to bed as early as you can. Also walk outside as often as possible.

Alcohol is poison, literally. Your brain, heart, liver, kidneys, even your dick. I hate the stuff. It’s awful. I’m single and I continue to go on dates with whores who aren't the slightest bit interesting unless I’m drinking but who cares we’re loose now so let’s fuck. I remember in my mid teens just hanging out with my best friend having a blast doing literally nothing, completely sober. Wtf happened?

I am, used to drink all day now I save it for weekends. If I have one I take more. Boring nights alone are the worst, now I work out intermittently in the evening while listening to books. Stop working out an hour or two before bed, more audiobooks or coom and bed. Working out and cooming has helped me not drink monday through wednesday, I have 4 dat weekends where I only drink at night with friends

Stopped drinking booze a couple of weeks ago. First week was rough as I would sweat like a motherfucker while asleep. Still struggling with booze and coke atm. I want to stop it but I tell myself I'll go on a last binge if I ever make it. I still get a funny feeling when I go near the booze aisle so idk what to do. There's a war inside my mind and I already feel I'm losing . Working the graveyard shift doesn't help much

People have drunk alcohol for ages in excess. I’m an alcoholic. I make it to work every fucking day on time, and I handle what I need to handle. I drink about 1 liter of good tier vodka every 2/3s days. I drink tons and tons of water and work out 5 days a week. No negative effects in well over 5 years, I also don’t get hang overs until I get off my water and healthy eating. I also never drink during the week while at work.

I know how surreal it sounds but life clean is better. Music sounds better, food tastes better, the sunrises and sunsets get more amazing, you'll get your hobbies and real deep emotions back, etc. Remind this to yourself every time you notice you're thinking about booze. "Last binge" is a meme that addiction forces you to believe.

You might also want to join some support group. This might be local AA, this might be stories people post on relevant forums. I use app called I Am Sober and there's also mini-forum with people sharing their experiences regarding quitting various things.
Exercise, meditation, journaling throughout the day also help a lot.

I've been using speed daily for a few months, drinking a lot, smoking weed erryday and like a pack of strong cigs a day. For few months I've been smoking weed like every 4 hours. Quit this all eventually. Quit caffeine recently and now there's only porn left for me. Good luck with kicking the alcojew out of your life fren. You might need several months or maybe even 1-1.5 years for your dopamine receptors and neural pathways to restore fully, but all this time you'll be coming to your old & shiny self and this process is mostly pleasant as fuck.

Guys I can't stop sleeping with 14yo girls. They are so loveable at that age. My favorite is when they are in my bed all night on top of me. On a school night!

Feels good bros, op the first 5 days are always the hardest. After that you realise the extent to which the addiction was psychological and it pisses you off you let it fool you for so long.

I’m 28 days off the bottle. Daily pint drinker here.

What I’ve found is the biggest problem is facing boredom. I feel empty and robotic. It sucks but I’m getting fit and getting the best sleep I’ve had in years. Gotta focus on the positives. It’s the only thing keeping me from relapsing.

Me too OP. Been struggling with it pretty badly for like 2-3 years now.Used to have a really bad xanax problem and started using alcohol to help me ween off of it, and quickly turned into drinking every night, which turned into getting drunk every night which turned into starting drinking at noon or so and drunk by 3-4. One of the most important things i've done is set rules, no drinks before 5pm, one drink-one water, no drinks within 1-2 hours of going to bed.
