Fuck damn shit cunt faggot. I really fucked up this time anons. I gambled and lost $30k. And I am not rich so I could really not afford to lose this money. It is over half my total savings. Fuck I am such an idiot. I am so fucking mad right now. I am fucked. I want to try to gamble it back but I know that is the worst thing I could possibly do right now. What the fuck should I do honestly to get over this both mentally and financially? I am infuriated. I feel like no matter what I do this $30k loss will always eat at me. How the fuck can I mentally move on from this?

I know the feeling, I have been losing money this year as well. Felt like committing sudoku when I did a retarded swing play on a share just last month, would have made about 50% profit without swinging there. I just pulled my funds from my investment account and put them on hold, found some interesting crypto projects now and put less than half of what I have back there with no leverage.

Don't know if this helps, I would like to hear some tips on how to deal with this kind of shit

Double down bro. Once you win, oh boy won’t that feel good, to get your money back. Then don’t gamble anymore. That’s it. Walk away. That feeling when you lost 30k, boy that sucked. Good thing you won it back. That felt pretty good too...

30k loss is not the end of the world. try to see the positive and useful things you can take from this hit, you can not change the past anyway, it was meant to happen.
go into yourself and ask yourself what you can do better, in order to improve yourself and reach your goals in life

I was about to make an ironic post bullying you but this actually sounds pretty tough, bro. How long will it take for you to save up that amount again? If you're relatively young/aren't married/have kids then try to accept your loss and move on. You took a risk and failed, that's it. At the end of the day there are things in life more important than money.

Wow this will suck twice if you consider that this was indeed the bottom, just overshot slightly. But you'll live another day, I mean you still have 30k USD, most NEETs here will never own this money. Maybe invest it in crypto ....

I shorted DOW like 2 years ago when it had turbulence with 12x. I missed it by a day only and went down like $6000 which back then was huge for me, still is big but I've gained lots since then. It eat me up for like 2 years but I got gains later that made it seem petty so I kinda forgot about it. Still haunts me sometimes but I always remember the lesson.

The key is to understand that you fucking HAD to lose that money. No seriously, you fucking had to. If you didn't feel what you feel now you would be gambling away more or never think so much of it. Gamble 30k in 2 year span? Feels much less worse than losing 30k in like matter of hours. This is the key. Now you are feeling the lesson, embrace it. You can't undo it.

What you can do is to STOP GAMBLING. You can do it but with money you already acknowledge you're gonna lose. You lost more than u afford to. Did you think you were gonna win? You were "investing" or "playing a sure thing" fuck that, you were GAMBLING. It took me a while to really UNDERSTAND what investing is vs GAMBLING. I stopped GAMBLING and started investing. Yeah it's putting money away but the risk profile is faaaaaaaaaaar better. I really don't know what else to tell you. Suck it up man, it can take a while, like 3-4 years but that's how it is. You fucking lost it, get over it. You paid 30k to learn to never do it again. In the long run the 30k might be a cheap lesson for this. Some never learn and they pay their everything to gamble kikes for their whole life while complaining the system is rigged. It is rigged but you need to play accordingly. I say this as truthfully as I can. You will NEVER get it back but you will now know how to NEVER lose the same amount again. Capiche?

seriously what is so hard about buy and hold?
you cant get liquidated, you ride the assets up and down, mostly up, and you dont have to guess these magical prices

why do people feel the need to 10x their money in a short amount of time? the elite don't even do that, they just put the odds in their favor over the long run and slowly enrich their wealth because they respect money, and they aren't in the ring for entertainment
