I’ve had a binance account for a bit now and it never got shutdown when they opened Binance US. I can’t even open a binance us account anyway since I’m in Jew York. I’ve made a good amount of recent trades and it’s somehow still active. How fucked am I ?

Today I sold all of my Tron and some other shit and bought RLC. I want to move it all to my Ledger.

Not fucked at all, just don’t keep funds on there longer than you have to. They can close your account and keep the funds since you’re technically violating the user agreement and thus agreeing to their terms of foreclosure.

If you use VPNs and you're in the USA can/will they lock you out of your funds? As far as I know you are allowed to have a Binance account in the US, IF you are not within the US
