Anyone else's outgoing BTC transactions frozen?

I sent $100 worth of BTC to one of my other online wallets and the transaction has been stuck on pending for nearly four hours now. I checked the addresses earlier to make sure they were correct, and I didn't see any errors (although I'm going to check again soon.)

Is the network just backed up right now? Is it Coinbase just holding my funds? I've heard they've been doing again as of late.

Am I just retarded and I sent the money to an invalid address? Hold me lads, $100 is a lot of money to a poorfag like me. That's groceries for two weeks.

Yeah, I think they are holding my funds for some reason. I checked the blockchain and there's no record of the funds even reaching the address I sent the funds to. It must not have left the exchange yet. Wonder why they might have a hold on my funds.
